
I have a bunch of really bad phobias… crowds, vomit, heights to name a few, as well as generalized anxiety disorder. I get really bad panic attacks like, at least 2-3 times a month, and minor ones more frequently. I figured out that taking long walks and separating myself from what is making me anxious helps a lot, as well as eating freeze pops. talking to people also helps…. :D
also, writing out like “affirmations” helps. like i usually write out “my family loves me, there are people here for me, I can control this, everything will be ok”
